Utah Jazz

Context — The Utah Jazz were building Bantam, a statewide youth basketball platform designed to connect schools through live-streamed games, stat tracking, and development resources, all backed by NBA-level digital infrastructure. The work involved multiple stakeholders across creative and technical teams, with high expectations on both sides.

Contribution — I managed the project across product and brand design workstreams, shaping priorities early, translating strategic direction into actionable briefs, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned as the scope evolved.

Outcome — The project delivered with clarity and confidence, resulting in a cohesive community platform that extends the Jazz's impact well beyond the court.

Effective work depends on clear direction.

When priorities are defined, teams move with confidence and good work has room to happen.

Andrew is most effective when teams are growing, priorities are shifting, and clarity is needed.

He brings structure without rigidity and direction without overreach, focusing on clear ownership, shared understanding, and decision-making that teams can stand behind.
