Utah Jazz

Bantam is the new statewide youth basketball competition connecting Utah schools through an NBA-level digital platform. Every game streamed, stats tracked, and development resources accessible regardless of location or school budget.

The Utah Jazz set out to create a digital experience that strengthened community engagement and extended their impact beyond the court. The work involved multiple stakeholders and required close coordination across creative and technical teams.

My Role:

I supported delivery by helping translate strategic intent into clear, actionable execution. I worked across teams to maintain alignment, clarity, and momentum throughout the project.

What I Did:

  • Helped shape priorities and scope during early planning

  • Supported collaboration between creative, technical, and stakeholder groups

  • Maintained momentum through periods of change and iteration

Impact:

The project progressed with greater clarity and confidence, enabling teams to focus on delivering a meaningful and cohesive community experience.

Andrew — Ingenito

Effective work depends on clear direction.

When priorities are defined, teams move with confidence and good work has room to happen.

Andrew is most effective when teams are growing, priorities are shifting, and clarity is needed.

He brings structure without rigidity and direction without overreach, focusing on clear ownership, shared understanding, and decision-making that teams can stand behind.
