Utah Jazz

Bantam is the new statewide youth basketball competition connecting Utah schools through an NBA-level digital platform. Every game streamed, stats tracked, and development resources accessible regardless of location or school budget.

The app removes geographic barriers that typically limit opportunities for rural and underserved communities. A coach in Moab gets the same tools as programs in Salt Lake City. Players across Utah can showcase skills to scouts and access development pathways previously reserved for elite academies.

This project hits four SDGs: Good Health, Quality Education, Reduced Inequalities, and Sustainable Communities. It's community infrastructure disguised as a sports app.

Bantam launches this season across Utah schools. Glad to have the opportunity to help the Jazz and SEG leverage technology to strengthen communities.

Effective work depends on clear direction.

When priorities are defined, teams move with confidence and good work has room to happen.

He brings structure without rigidity and direction without overreach, focusing on clear ownership, shared understanding, and decision-making that teams can stand behind.
