How I Work
Before momentum exists, people need clarity.
Most engagements start with understanding how a team is operating, where the friction is, what's slowing things down, and what decisions aren't getting made.
From there, I lead delivery. That might mean driving a specific project from kick-off through launch, embedding with a team for a few months to establish execution rhythm, or providing ongoing fractional support as a team scales.
Delivery work often surfaces structural gaps.
Unclear ownership, undefined process, tools that don't match how the team actually works. When that happens, I help fix those too. But the starting point is always the work itself.
I'm not prescriptive about tools or frameworks. I care about whether the approach actually works for the people using it.
