Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House

Context — MoAD needed to modernise its brand and digital presence while respecting the heritage of Old Parliament House. The challenge was unifying physical spaces, exhibitions, and online touchpoints under a single, contemporary identity, across a broad mix of institutional stakeholders.

Contribution — I led project management across brand, strategy, and asset rollout, aligning creative, technical, and institutional teams through overlapping feedback cycles and shifting requirements.

Outcome — The rebrand launched as a cohesive system connecting MoAD's history, exhibitions, and digital channels into one clear, confident narrative.

Effective work depends on clear direction.

When priorities are defined, teams move with confidence and good work has room to happen.
