Love + Money

Context — Love + Money is a full-service creative agency where I spent two years as Creative Producer and Project Manager, delivering 25+ digital projects across brand, web, and campaign work for clients including Karst, Euphemia, CMC Invest, Paire, and more.

Contribution — I orchestrated project delivery end-to-end: managing clients as the first point of contact, developing briefs for design and development teams, scheduling the studio, tracking budgets, and mentoring other producers. My focus was on providing well-considered structure and care, shielding the team from tight deadlines and scope creep so the work could stay at a high standard.

Outcome — Projects consistently delivered at a high quality and under budget, with a working environment that gave the team room to do their best creative work.
