Love + Money

Love + Money was the full-service creative agency I called home for quite some time. The brands we created were designed not just to be chosen in a noisy environment but also to be interpreted by a diverse audience and shared within the culture without losing their meaning.

As a Creative Producer & Project Manager, my focus was orchestrating the delivery of a project and all aspects that encompassed it. Fostering collaboration between the clients' needs and the skills of the talented development & design team.

I consider my most important contribution at LAM to be providing the team with well-considered structure and care. This involves safeguarding us from tight deadlines and client overreach, as well as ensuring that my briefs are concise and open to collaboration. From this working environment, the quality of our outputs were high and we could remain healthily under budget.

To get us to the final delivery, my day-to-day responsibilities consisted of managing clients as the first point of contact, developing briefs for the design/dev team, and collaborating with them throughout their work. Also, scheduling the entire studio, ensuring we stayed within budget on projects, mentoring other creative producers and much more.
