How I Work
Before momentum exists, people need clarity.
Most engagements start with understanding how a team currently operates, where friction sits, what's slowing things down, and what's working well.
From there, I design and implement the structures, workflows, and systems the team needs to deliver consistently.
The format depends on the problem. Sometimes it's a focused consulting sprint: discovery, audit, and a set of recommendations.
Sometimes it's embedding with a team for a few months to lead delivery and build operational muscle from the inside. And sometimes it's ongoing, fractional support to keep a growing team structured as they scale.
I'm not prescriptive about tools or frameworks. I care about whether the system actually works for the people using it.
