Context — Killa Kreative is a growing creative studio that needed to tighten its internal operations. The engagement was an operations consultancy focused on identifying inefficiencies and building a more structured foundation for how the team works.


Contribution — I ran discovery interviews with key team members, reviewed existing workflows, and audited the tools and technology stack. From there, I delivered recommendations around tooling, process improvements, and role clarity.


Outcome — The studio now has a more structured, scalable operational foundation designed to support consistent output, stronger collaboration, and long-term growth.
