Euphemia

Euphemia are a family office in Australia, founded by Dom Pym and Judy Anderson-Firth. They created Euphemia to help the next generation of founders build a better, more inclusive startup scene.

While a member of Love+Money, we built a comprehensive brand strategy and visual language around the meme ‘Make Awesome Make Awesome.’ Euphemia are investing in tomorrow’s startup scene because they’re nurturing a diverse, progressive, intelligent, ambitious community that’s going to build the future of Australia.

They don’t just want to make awesome. They want to make the awesome that makes the awesome.

Andrew — Ingenito

Effective work depends on clear direction.

When priorities are defined, teams move with confidence and good work has room to happen.

Andrew is most effective when teams are growing, priorities are shifting, and clarity is needed.

He brings structure without rigidity and direction without overreach, focusing on clear ownership, shared understanding, and decision-making that teams can stand behind.
