Building on the success of our collaboration for the 2023 Sydney Film Festival, where we first established our partnership with the organisation, Frost*collective was entrusted with the creative direction, strategy, design, and project management for the 2024 iteration.

The 2023 festival had set a new standard for visual and experiential impact, and our challenge for 2024 was to elevate that even further. Leveraging insights gained from our previous experience, we developed a bold, contemporary aesthetic that resonated with both local and international audiences.

As project manager, I managed the timeline & budget closely, making sure all deliverables were completed on time and within budget. Working closely with the festival organisers was key to keeping stakeholders aligned and ensuring their vision was brought to life.

The result was a cohesive, visually striking campaign that not only continued the momentum of 2023 but set new benchmarks in engagement and media coverage. The success of the 2024 Sydney Film Festival is a testament to our ongoing partnership and our ability to consistently deliver transformative creative solutions.

Since working with Frost* SFF has seen record numbers, having had 134,214 attendees at the Festival in 2024, an over 10% increase on 2023, which itself was a 20% increase on 2022.
