Killa Kreative is a Sydney-based end-to-end production company and creative studio specialising in video, photography, and creative concepts across various industries.

In my partnership with them as an operations consultant, I focused on optimisation of their internal processes and streamlining their workflow.

My goal was to uncover and address pain points in their day-to-day operations, making the team’s work more efficient and collaborative. I started by conducting discovery interviews with key team members, which allowed me to dig into their specific workflows, roles, and the tools they rely on. Through this, I identified areas where bottlenecks and misalignments were occurring, impacting overall productivity and team morale.

I assessed their existing tools and technology stack to ensure they were getting the most out of them, and introduced. This technology audit highlighted gaps where better tools or configurations could improve workflow.

Also during this project I offered guidance on clarifying roles and responsibilities within the team, in efforts to create more cohesive structure for project work and client collaboration.

Ultimately, my work with Killa Kreative aimed to create an environment for growth, and for smoother operations, setting them up for more consistent output and team alignment moving forward.
