Killa Kreative is a Sydney-based production company and creative studio specialising in video, photography, and concept development across diverse industries.

As their operations consultant, I focused on optimising internal processes and streamlining workflows to enhance efficiency and collaboration. My engagement began with discovery interviews with key team members to understand their unique workflows, roles, and the tools they relied on. This deep dive revealed bottlenecks and misalignments that were impacting productivity as well as other key areas.

To address these challenges, I conducted an audit of their tools and technology stack, identifying areas where improvements or new solutions could enhance performance. This process ensured they were making the most of their existing resources while adopting configurations that better aligned with their needs.

I also provided strategic guidance on clarifying roles and responsibilities within the team, fostering a more cohesive structure for project execution and client collaboration. This framework laid the foundation for smoother operations and a more aligned team dynamic.

Ultimately, my work aimed to position Killa Kreative for sustainable growth, enabling consistent output and a stronger foundation for future success. I’m excited to support how they implement these changes as they step into 2025.
